My mission is to give women a sense of strength both physically and mentally. Creating a fun fitness atmosphere where the workouts never get dull and you learn to challenge yourself and push beyond your comfort zones. Our bodies are powerful and capable of so much! The training really comes down to the mind. When our thoughts become negative and tired THAT is when we need to work the hardest to shut them down! It is not easy doing that alone! This is where I come in to play as your coach! For that extra push, to help you accomplish large and small goals, to prove to yourself YOU CAN DO THIS!
2 years ago a small idea was formulated while on a 16 hour flight to Angola. Soon after a name was branded, but there was not yet a solidified direction. I knew my time would come when my passion and purpose matched up and NOW is that time! *Have been very active in fitness and training for over 7 years
* Have traveled to over 25 Countries (London will always be my favorite)
* Am a former Maine Apple Queen and Blueberry queen (love my fruits!)
*Enjoy hiking (in the daylight), climbing tall mountains and then trying to figure out how to get back down them, testing out recipes, reading inspiring books, singing obnoxiously loud in the car
