BCAA GUMMIES RECIPE
This is for all of you whom, much like myself, like their food to be fun or have a hard time getting down sour flavors!! (Fun fact: This can also be made with preworkout!)
First off, for those wondering what BCAAS (branch chain amino acids) are and why we should be taking them anyway ... here's the short on them!
BCAAS are made up of 3 amino acids and help promote lean muscle growth, help with fatigue and workout intensity, and help with recovery after a workout as well!
There are many different brands out there that are great but I personally enjoy Optimum Nutrition Energy Aminos or Advocare's BioCharge to make these.
So are you ready to learn HOW TO MAKE these delicious goodies?

HERE YA GO!
INGREDIENTS:
3 Pouches of Knox Gelatin
1 1/2 Scoops of Aminos
2 Tblsp of water
In a sauce pan set the heat between medium and low. Pour all of the ingredients in and stir slowly for 5 minutes (sometimes it may need to go a little longer) until the gelatin desolves and a slight foam form on the top. Remove from heat and let set for for a couple of minutes. Pour into molds, place in freezer, and let sit for 20 minutes. Remove from freezer and molds. Place in a bag and enjoy before and after your workouts or throughout the day!!
